My brother from another mother, Mr. Arne Paglia, Peekskill Businessman, Owner of DIVISION STREET GRILL; whose creative genius brought together two master culinary artist on We Cookin'. Real Kool Man. He made sure we had everything needed to create a few great recipes for We Cookin' Eclectic Vincy Cuisine. Good food, excellent wine, and whole lot of fun.

Master Chef Pasqual Sarwa, Division Street Grill's resident culinary artist for 12 years now. A great sense of humor and definitely not camera shy. He created two marvellous salad platters for We Cookin'.:the Seafood Salad & the Grilled Vegetables Salad, Awesome healthy dining.

Salmon cakes served on a mixed green platter with home made vinaigrette. Da Bomb! We were about 8 or 9 on set, and he made more than enough for us to gorge ourselves.
