The new season of We Cookin' Eclectic Vincy Cuisine, marks the four year anniversary of the program. We are off to a great start on CARIB VISION. Since October 28th, 2014 to date, four new episodes have aired on CARIB VISION, we have four more in the can and ready to polish off the final 5 for the season. To all Our fans, family, friends, sponsors, supporters and viewers; we urge you to stay tune for these fresh episodes on CARIB VISION. The schedule is the same: TUESDAY, 7 P.M. RESTAURATEUR PAR EXCELLENCE

My brother from another mother, Mr. Arne Paglia, Peekskill Businessman, Owner of DIVISION STREET GRILL; whose creative genius brought together two master culinary artist on We Cookin'. Real Kool Man. He made sure we had everything needed to create a few great recipes for We Cookin' Eclectic Vincy Cuisine. Good food, excellent wine, and whole lot of fun.


MASTER CHEF PASQUAL SHARWA

Master Chef Pasqual Sarwa, Division Street Grill's resident culinary artist for 12 years now. A great sense of humor and definitely not camera shy. He created two marvellous salad platters for We Cookin'.:the Seafood Salad & the Grilled Vegetables Salad,   Awesome healthy dining.


GRILLED SEAFOOD SALAD

Chef Pasqual's seafood salad includes fresh salmon, jumbo shrimp, and scallops. I will let the pic describe how delicious this is. These recipes will all soon be featured on We Cookin'. Stay tuned.

Master Chef, Vaden Jeffrey of Soul Luxe; prepared fresh wild salmon cakes. A pro, who has been featured on the Food Network. He definitely made the filming easy. — at Division Street Grill.

Salmon cakes served on a mixed green platter with home made vinaigrette. Da Bomb! We were about 8 or 9 on set, and he made more than enough for us to gorge ourselves.

WE COOKIN' shared a few samples of recipes for tasting. cod fish cakes Sasha King i used your recipe, tamarind sauce made my own from fresh tamarinds(imported of course), also made corn meal cou cou, tofu medley was the vegan ackee and salt fish, fried plantains, ginger beer, sorrell and lots of love.

We Cookin' Eclectic Vincy Cuisine celebrating our four year anniversary, linking St. Vincent & the Grenadines with the Diaspora community in U.S. Started filming some segments for the new season. Here is a sneak preview of culinary artist Sasha King; making her St. Lucian style Vegetable Pumpkin Soup & Cod Fish Cakes. 

While in the tri-state area, We Cookin' is calling on all culinary artists who love using Caribbean, Afrakan and Asian foods in their recipes.
